How do you discipline your children?
1. Do you have rules in the house? What are they? Yes, we have rules. First, sleeping early but before go to sleep don't forget to pray and always listen to what mom and dad say.
2. How do you impose the rules? Scolded her if she don't follow but not that too hard, its just like giving her a words that might scary her so that she follow.
3. What are the consequences of breaking the rules? Turning off the Wi fi.

Physical Development

According to her parents, she really grow fast like 5 ft. tall is not normal for the girls since when she is little she is very small and they thought that her physical development will not improve or change. On the other hand, the learner's teacher said that Leika really have an average height. Based on my observations, the learner's physical development is good and she has a healthy body well she really grows healthy. To sum up all, the learner's physical development is good and she grows healthy and normal. She really change a lot.
Social Development

Based on the response of the learner's parents, the social development of their child is good. She really have many friends and surrounded with good people .The learner's teacher response is that the social development of Leika is not that bad although she is friendly and she have that confidence to face other people since she grow and surrounded by the people who always support her. For my observation, the learner is very talkative and you can really imagine that she really doing good at talking to other people. The social development of the learner is essential by achieving her dreams.
Emotional-Moral Development

The learner's parents said that the emotional-moral development of their child is not really easy to handle before when she's little, a cry baby but then now she can control her emotional-moral development. Aside from that, the teacher of the learner's response to that is like the emotional-moral development of Leika is very kind and she can even control her bad feelings. In my observation, both parents and teacher is correct. All in all, the learner's emotional-moral development is very strong.
Cognitive Development

Leika's parent's response to cognitive development is that Leika is not that really smart before and cannot even solve the simple fraction but they think today their child is change since many good people help her and motivate her also. The teacher said that the cognitive development of Leika is good and no problem with that since if there are oral recitation she can answer in a way that many can understand. As my observation to this cognitive of the learner I can say that she is cutthroat, the way she talk is so sage and can even give the exact thought of what she is telling to anyone. The learner is very unyielding since the way she talk is apprehensive.

The students development is quite good like the other normal students. She falls but she stand back and continue learning and growing physically, mentally and emotionally. The student is on average in her development especially in this asynchronous classes.

The style of parenting experienced by the learner is Authoritative since they are a type of parent that is high responsiveness and they set clear rules and expectations for their kid. The parents communicates frequently; they listen to and take into consideration of their children thought's, feelings, and opinions.

development and over-all adjustment of the learner in school?
The family factors that I think that contribute to the development and over-all adjustment of the learner in school is being supportive of the family. The family gives anything she wants about her schooling.
3. Does the communication between the home-school have an effect on the learner? If yes, what are these effects?
We all know that home-school has never been used before, and thus no previous experience can be referenced. However, there are negative effects on the learner that we should consider, such as motivation. Teachers should have home schooling style of teaching so that their student's interest in learning will boost up and parents should also support their children.
4. How can the teacher partner with the community to contribute to the development and learning of the students? Who are the
people or which institutions can the teacher tap to seek advice regarding the development and learning of students?
The teacher partner with the community can contribute to the development and learning of the students by making sure your students are engaged in real work. Complement the skills students are building in class and community, develop shared visions etc.

The type of parenting that I experience as I reflect it to my own development as a child is Permissive. It really affects me since rules and expectations are either not set or rarely enforced. It is like communicates openly and usually let me decide by myself, rather than giving direction.
2. As a future teacher, how would you establish good home-school collaboration? How can you work well with the parents? How can you help them? How can they help you?
As a future teacher, I will establish good home school collaboration like communicating the parents of my students so I can talk to them anytime if their child has a problems that they encountered and cannot handled alone or is the parents has any concerns regarding to their child behavior. Also, I will ensure that my students will apply what they learned in the school to their homes.
