As a teacher, what have you discovered to be easy to implement in your virtual class?
I have discovered that there's not easy to be implemented in virtual classes particularly dealing with the signal. For example, implementing how to answer. Most of the students don't have a good signal and as a teacher, I should repeat not only once or twice but more enough for them to hear the rule/s. It sounds easy because I only have to talk to my students but the connection is my rival.
How did the students show their active participation in the lesson?
The active response comes from a vigorous and powerful voice of a teacher. Nobody wants to hear a lifeless and yawning voice. Giving the students an interactive, relatable, and interesting lesson will definitely their faces and reactions would be as

/ It was difficult to observe the physical behavior of the students.

Reflect
As a future teacher I feel that the on-learning environment can be safe if the learning resources are well provided, the parents will monitor their children's work and guide them.
I think that teaching in a virtual learning environment is not as safe as we think it is because students can access sites that are not good for them and they may be reasoned out as part of their class activity. A virtual learning environment is an unpleasant learning environment for the students as they can see destructive things and they are unable to focus on the lesson well.

OBSERVE
Identify the problems brought about by the online learning environment
Tardiness. The students were not doing their works unless its the due date.
Technical issues. This is usually the most common problem encountered by the teachers and students in an online learning environment.
REFLECT
How would you solve this problem?
Technical issues will be solved by using backups and the teacher should be flexible to make the lesson still interesting though there's a problem.
PLAN
What initial plan do you intend to do to solve the problem?
Learning some alternative ways when encountering some common technical issue is my initial plan. Flexibility is important to and being a teacher and also being a resourceful teacher. Don't just rely on what you have but you should have options to set aside or keep.
