Learners' Development Matrix
1. While you were observing the learners, did you recall your own experiences when you were their age? What similarities or differences do you have with the learners you observed?
Yes, very much of them. There are a lots of similarities we have like easily get bored studying, very active and always think of playing. Then the crying part, I was also a crybaby before, I admit it and it makes me lough right now.
2. Think of the teacher you cannot forget for positive or negative reasons. How did she/he help or not help you with your needs (physical, emotional, social and cognitive)? How did it affect you?
"You make your own history, thrive for your dreams and I hope one day I will see you succeed."
Those words of motivation and hope from our adviser . That time I was a failing students, I always cut classes until one time my adviser caught me.
Then she ask me why, I can't answer her question. So the later she gave me advice and explain me everything until she closed our conversation with those words mentioned above. That word of wisdom marked on my head to do what I have to do in life: to become successful someday. It always reminded that every action you do is a part of your history. Then if you want a wonderful history of your life then strive hard for your dream. Be a successful individual that is everybody be proud of. So those things help me a lot to be motivated to study, finish school even if I'm a super lazy student.

I have one simple insights. Each students should be treated and taught in different ways because each student is different and unique. They have different needs to be given so stop being a stereotyping.
Which is your favorite theory of development? How can this guide you as a future teacher? Clip some readings about this theory and past them here.
My favorite theory of development is Piaget's Cognitive Developmental Theory. As a future teacher, me and my students will gain in a variety of ways when Piaget's theory is implemented in the classroom. I can have a greater knowledge of my students mental processes. It can also match my teaching methods to the cognitive abilities of their students for example, motivational set, modeling, assignments etc.
