The common elements of the 3 models are identifying the problem in which the teacher should do first, planning on what to do about it, who will be involved, and action or taking action.

The concept of Action Research is a cyclical process which means it will not stop when you reach the end, it will continue and will be utilized to create better and better results. Research is always anchored with systematic methods and strategies

As a future teacher, is conducting an Action Research worth doing?

Yes, because it can help me, in the future, in my teaching practice. Conducting an action research will be fundamental in teaching practice. It can support my knowledge and learn to understand how to solve a problematic situation.

How can AR be useful for every classroom teacher?

In the classroom, the problem is always there, and the teacher should be keen to find a solution to that problem to lessen the burden and struggles in teaching and it can help also the students to improve their learning. Through taking action on the problem can make the situation more productive and worth doing.

OBSERVE

Remembering my classroom observation in FS 1, I've noticed that there are many questions that I raised in my mind. These includes:

1. Is it really necessary to be keen on observing every student's behavior and attitude before and after class?

2. Does it really matter if the teacher does not mind the left-out student?

3. What strategies does a teacher do in her classroom?

REFLECT

Thinking deeply about those problems, perhaps something must have been done to solve the problem or answer the question, like:

a. Noticing well the students' behavior and attitude is necessary for the teacher to know her/his students well so he/she can provide the needs of his/her students.

b. A teacher should not let his/her students be left behind because it can be a sign of failing the goals/objectives.

c. Teachers used different strategies and are based on a situation, that is why a teacher should be flexible.

PLAN

Now, that I am in FS 2, I plan to make a plan for my solution to the problem because I think those are necessary to meet my goal/objectives as a future teacher. Finding a solution to the problem as early as possible is my plan so that I am prepared to face the reality soon enough.
