Notice
After you participated or assist in synchronous classes using a web-conferencing app, described what you observed and experienced by answering the items below.
1. Which web-conferencing app did the teacher use for synchronous classes? Describe its features and how you or the teacher used these features.

Analyze
1. What do you think are the best features of a web-conferencing app that you or the teacher used? How did these features help the teachers and the students?
The best features of a web-conferencing app:
Zoom - Face messenger room
Google Meet - Microsoft Team
All of these apps play a vital role to helps students to study and for the teachers to teach in asynchronous classes for meaningful learning.

3. What problem or challenges did the teacher/ you or the students encounter during the synchronous classes? How did it affect the teacher/learners? What part/s of synchronous classes do you think can still be improved? How can this/these be improved?
Poor signals or low internet connection affects the learners to learn and develop their knowledge and skills. And I think in the synchronous class there are teaching approaches still she needs to change something new and effective.
Reflect
1. How ready are you in teaching an online synchronous class?
I’m almost ready to handle it.
2. Using a web-conferencing app, how else would you better establish:
Teaching Presence?
I will make sure to have very clear communication in terms of the course topics, course goals, and time frames for the learning activities which is very important. Providing also clear instructions on how to participate in the course learning activities. Guiding my students' understanding of the course topics to make them good thinkers. Keeping my students' engaged in every learning activity and doing their tasks on time. To let them explore something new knowledge and skills for their better understanding gained.

To test them and apply their knowledge created in the course.
3. What do you still need to learn in order to conduct an online synchronous class using a web-conferencing app effectively?
I still need to learn some authentic and very effective teaching approaches to conduct an online synchronous class.
Write Action Research Prompts
This part allows you to synthesize or put together what you noticed, analyzed, and reflected on to come up with a possible topic for an action research.
OBSERVE
1. What problematic situation/ challenges/ area of improvement did you see while you participated and assisted using a web-conferencing app for synchronous learning?
Students have poor interest/motivation and engagement to learn the course.
List at least three sources that you have read about this problem/ challenge.
On what theory/principles can this problem be anchored?
Principles of an Educational Theory of Interest
Reflect
1. What do I hope to address the problem/challenge/area of improvement in web-conferencing app use? What change do you want to achieve?
Using technology that is compliant with security regulations and always up to date on encryption. Ensure security personnel should be consulted when implementing and upgrading video conferencing technology. When you start the pain might seem worse, after a while most of the problems tend to go away.
PLAN
1. If you will conduct an action research, what will be the title (Base this on your answers in nos. 1-3):
Students' Lack of Interest: How to Motivate Them?
ACT
2. What strategies/solutions/means can you employ to improve the situation/solve the problem?
Effective problem solving is all about using the right process and following a plan tailored to the issue at hand. Recognizing your team or organization has an issue isn’t enough to come up with effective problem-solving strategies. To truly understand a problem and develop appropriate solutions, you will want to follow a solid process, follow the necessary problem-solving steps, and bring all of your problem-solving skills to the table.
