About Us

The MISME Course Library is hosted by HRDGATEWAY.ORG, a non-profit set up by a pioneer group of skills trainers in Malaysia with support from educationists, courseware developers and subject matter experts from all over the world.

The non-profit was created many years ago by Mr G K Lim, who firmly believed that learning should be accessible to all. His work in this area has become his legacy, as this site now allows almost anyone to learn by making the course available at extremely low prices.

DANNIEL LIM – author, coach, experienced trainer, entertaining speaker & MC – has trained & spoken in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India & Hong Kong. He is the President of HRD Gateway, an international non-profit HR organization. Danniel is also certified in Transformational Leadership & Coaching, Next Generation NLP & Ericksonian Hypnosis, and many more training related certifications.

President of the Malaysian eCaring Communities Association (MeCCA), Sanmuga Thavamoorthy is an MC, social entrepreneur, author, consultant and trainer who has served educational institutions, corporate entities, government agencies and non-governmental organizations in the past 20 years. He has worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India etc. with these organisations.

Terasha Stanslas

Lead Facilitator

The Vice-President of the Malaysian eCaring Communities Association (MeCCA), Terasha is a speaker, former lecturer, editor, author, researcher and facilitator who has served educational institutions, corporate entities and non-governmental organizations for over 25 years. She has had a varied career with these entities in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Sri Lanka, India etc. She is also known for her many contributions to academic journals.
