Ephesians 4:11-16
Man Has His Own Ideas
11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Jesus is the Truth the Way, and the Life

Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ is the Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever
8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
Paul says that man has his own ideas on things and they are not always centered around the Truth...We are not always centered and focused on God...Man sometimes is crafty in a way that it might be detrimental to others...Man's ideas can change from one day to the next...Man is not always focused on the Truth...Man's truth can change over the years, and we might giving way to the truth and following the majority, instead of following the One who is the Truth, the Way, and the Life whose Truth never changes...
Paul said Jesus gave apostles, prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers the ability to equip this group to teach of and about Him and reach a unity of faith...Then man would no longer be like infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of other teachings and by the cunning and craftiness of man in their deceitful scheming...Man instead, should be speaking the Truth in LOVE, so we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ...If we can mature this way then we can be more like Him...
