John 14:6-7
Jesus Says He is the Way, the Life, and the Truth
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
Matthew 28:16-20
The Great Commission
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
The Christian belief has a basis and its foundation in the four gospels...The Christian belief is a dogma, a set of teachings by Jesus Christ...His teachings set the foundation for Christianity to become its own religion...And this belief in Jesus and His teachings He sat out to teach His Twelve Disciples...And then He asked His Disciples to teach the world His set of principles about God, and who His Father is, and who He is, and who the Holy Spirit is...
These doctrines of Jesus and Christianity are a belief system that one thinks about and may believe or not believe...Yet, they are more than a belief system for the believer, they are more than a dogma, more than a set of principles for the mind and go beyond your thinking of Christianity and what you think of Jesus...Jesus wanted us to live out His teachings in our lives...So they are more than a belief, they are to be lived...Jesus Truly believed that His set of Godly Principles are the Way to live one's Life...He is our example of how to live an Abundant Life...The Christian Beliefs are to be lived...That is why He said He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life...
