Homes
Dwellers don't really have "homes" per say but have a home cave system they stay at. They do decorate lightly, with glowing mushrooms and lights as well as storage for prized belongings. In these caves, they tend to have special locations where their eggs will be placed, somewhere hidden deep down in the cave. They also have mushroom caves where they grow one of their main food sources, tending to them daily to make sure they have a steady yearly yield. The entrances to these home cave systems are covered in thick hanging lichen and moss, covering them from prying eyes. They may also hang silken fabric around the cave draping it to make privacy walls.

Clothing
Due to their heavy platted backs, clothing tends to get caught and torn easily so they prefer to go without, thats not to say some don't enjoy dressing up in draping fabrics and fine jewels.  They also like paint made out of the gems they find and grind into pigments. It leaves a very shimmery metallic color on their scales.

Life and Death
When dwellers lay their eggs, they stick them in the clutch rooms they have dug out for their eggs specifically. Here they stick them to the walls or ceilings to keep the safe, where the slime around their shells hardens and keeps them there. They often leave the eggs until hatch day when the mother will return to make sure hatching goes well.
Death is done a bit differently for this species. They prefer to give back to the fungi they eat, and will essentially compost the dead, after a small celebration of life, and use the soil after to feed their future mushroom crops.  The bones at that point are considered sacred and put away in large tomb caves to rest for eternity.

Role on the islands
Due to having such a high affinity for finding gems, this species' main export to others is said gems! They often find them when expanding their caves or simply stumbling across them. While it's not really a job, it is what they trade with others to get cloth, food outside of their norm and trinkets. If a dragon has a large, high-quality gem, it was probably found by a Dweller.
