Causes splashes of color on either the shoulders or hips.

Rules
Splashed may be any color, and does not need to follow the base coat or any specific slider. Splashed will either appear on both shoulders OR both hips, NEVER both. Splashed may take on a solid blotch or a chewed up section of color. May be hard, soft, halo, or texture edged.
May take on two tones of similar color as long as its fully blended. (Ex: Blue and blue green or Red and purpleish red ect.)
Line art must always be visible under the marking.
