Rules
Tipped can be lighter or darker than what it sits over, or lighter/darker than the base coat. You may pick from the slider of your character, or use your discretion on picking your own shade. Too dull or saturated is not allowed.
Will be hard-edged with an option to blend the edge to make it soft-edged.
Tipped must cover all points.
Line art must always be visible under the marking.
