I was coming out of a doorway. The surroundings were like that of a university. I had some batteries or equipment in a big bag and somehow I had dropped the stuff and it went scattered to the ground. I had the feeling I was about to show some people this. As I was collecting the unit or pieces together, there was an alarm with everyone there. A prince, high official, or emperor, someone of that statue was coming to visit this place. Everyone started making their way indoors, as that was the customary thing to do. Everyone was required to go indoors for safety of the high official and themselves. Also while I was on my knees trying to put this object together, I saw a large green touring bus pull to the gates. Shrubbery covered all the way around the fence. Fence was encircling the university. Paul xxxx and three other guys were walking by to indoors. I mentioned to him in passing that I was going to see this high official outside. I could not leave my stuff because it would get stolen. Paul says “you be careful, bother Steve" as he continued his way. The official came up the walkway and told me to follow him inside. He was Asian, taller than the others, light skin, young, and looked kind. We walked into a store room and he told me to have a seat at a table there. He asked how things were going. As he turned away and looked up at the shelving, picking up items and looking at them, I said ok. I do not remember what else we talked about. We left the storeroom and walked down the pathway. I went back to my stuff to recover. No one could be outside until this official left. I see the gate guards open the gate; he walks through and onto the green bus parked right outside. The bus drives away and everyone comes out to continue their way to their classes. Someone throws a pile of foreign news papers on top of my stuff. I have to pick them up. Kneeling down picking the news papers up, sorting my stuff, I started crying very hard, longing for my freedom. It appears we were there against our will. People were walking around me as I tried my best to keep my composure. We, the 5-6 guys or so, were the only Caucasian men there. I awoke up.
