Our religion is useless, for the most part, if it does not lead to action in our lives.

James, in his epistle says: Whats the use of saying you have faith, if you don't prove it by your actions? That kind of faith doesn't save anyone.

Who is our neighbor? Anyone and everyone that we can assist and that we can help with the love of Jesus.

Why should we love our neighbor.

1. God tells us too. (Lev 19:18)
2. It fulfills the Law (Gal 5:14)
3. It brings blessings in return. (Matt. 7:12)
4. Gives us the opportunity to share our faith (Col. 4:5)
5. It glorifies our Father in heaven. (Matt. 5:16)
6. It reveals that we are children of God. (Matt. 5:43)
7. Because it is the right thing to do. (James 2:8)

How do we love our neighbor.

By praying for them,

By encouraging them,

By helping them,

being kind to them,

by blessing them,

by forgiving them,

by showing them compassion,

by reaching out to them,

by inviting them to church

by paying it forward.
