Our board members are our primary volunteers, as they are the most dedicated in terms of time.
We have volunteers that help with aspects of our nonprofit administration.
Especially for our two board committees (finance & legal, audience development)
For example, Jeff Anderson is a superstar volunteer who had ~5 hours per week to dedicate, so he took over all donation logging, responses, and fulfilling member packages.
Note: We generally try to pay everyone we can unless they specifically want to volunteer or unless we've determined it's an area we need covered, but can't afford to hire for.
