Legal Issues

We were having an issue with the City keeping us off press lists as well as other indie media off lists and out of public hearings. We are trying to determine a course of action and we have a meeting coming up. Audience development is helping, but legal helps too because the possible paths include legal action as well as a public campaign or publishing about it.

• Status: We are now getting CPD emails, but not all Public Safety. They claim they had our email address wrong. At least we are making some headway! We are pausing on dealing with this for now.

When researching this, we requested public records/emails from City mentioning us. here they are.
