Run the report in Salesforce called "Regular Donations Report"
First, customize the close date range in "filters" to match the period you're entering data for
Add it into the master financial data spreadsheet in the appropriate tabs
Sort by "type of donation"
Paste "monthly" in all the boxes with a name and dollar amount (as that indicates a recurring monthly donation_
Paste "once" in all blank fields, as those are one-time donations
Add up the figures to add to the first tab to get totals
