The payroll dates are listed on our "GMM General" Google Calendar

You can check your paystubs/W2s on Gusto, but you must create a login.
You qualify and we pay into that for you, as you do
Here's the info you need from our provider, GenEx:
GMM/Matter does not currently provide health insurance, life insurance, retirement, nor other major benefits.
This is due to a lack of budget/capacity and will change over time.
We are currently looking at providing health benefits to our soon-to-be employee, and then eventually to Marisa + Cass
Your supervisor will be made clear to you upon hire and a rubric will be set for a quarterly annual assessment.
Cassie Young is one of GMM's managing directors and while she may not supervise day-to-day employee activities, she will be liaising with employees for HR and other general business purposes.
You are to report to Cassie and communicate to her via slack and/or email if you are going to be taking time off proactively or out unexpectedly.
Self-care is very important for our leadership and staff to prioritize. We take mental health seriously and aim to support yours. If you are ever struggling with your mental health or need resources, please let your supervisor or Cassie know. That disclosure will not hurt your job, in fact, it increases trust amongst leadership and employees - plus, we may be able to help.
Mental health services are covered under our employee health plans
