Join fellow BOLLI members for a 1:30 pm private guided tour of the Rose's special exhibition highlighting the works Lyle Ashton Harris. The FREE tour will be hosted by the director of the Rose. Lyle Ashton Harris (born February 6, 1965) is an American artist who has cultivated a diverse artistic practice ranging from photographic media, collage, installation art and performance art. Harris uses his works to comment on societal constructs of sexuality and race, while exploring his own identity as a queer, black man. Visitors can find parking in the Rose circle at the front of the museum. If the Rose circle is full, visitors must obtain a parking pass from the museum's front desk. Visitors can then park in the Theatre Parking Lot behind the Spingold Theater Center.
