Ever wonder about the List Visual Arts Center and how to interpret its exhibits? Now is your chance. Arts and Culture is sponsoring a 60 minute guided tour of permanent and temporary exhibits on Friday, April 18 at noon. There is no charge for this tour but you must register ahead by contacting Judy Bernstein judylbernstein@gmail.com. We will have lunch at a nearby restaurant following the tour.

The List Visual Arts Center, MIT’s contemporary art museum, collects, commissions, and presents rigorous, provocative, and artist-centric projects that engage MIT and the global art community.

The MIT List Visual Arts Center is located in the Wiesner Building, 20 Ames Street, at the eastern edge of the MIT campus. It is in close proximity to Kendall Square, Memorial Drive, and the Longfellow Bridge in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Click here for driving directions and public transportation options. The Center is located near Kendall Square so parking is limited.
