Boston Symphony Hall Tour, Pre-talk & Matinee Concert

BOLLI members and their spouses/partners are invited to an 11 am private guided tour of Symphony Hall, which will include a backstage trip, a discussion of the history of the concert hall and a view of historical artifacts, plus a pre-concert talk. The concert conducted by Andris Nelsons begins at 1:30 pm. Information about the program can be accessed by clicking on the image below. Visitors are advised to use Cohen wing entrance on Huntington Ave to obtain reserved tickets and name tags. The pre-concert talk is scheduled at 12:15 pm (30 minutes). You may decide to skip the pre-talk for a more leisurely lunch, which is on your own. The following is a list of lunch options.

Public transport
By subway: Take the Heath Street/Brigham Circle "E" Green Line train to the Symphony stop. Or take any other Green Line train to the Hynes Convention Center stop, then cross the street to the No. 1 bus or walk 10 minutes south on Mass Ave., or take the Orange Line to the Massachusetts Ave. stop and go north on Mass Ave. to Symphony Hall.
By bus: Starting in Harvard Square, Cambridge, take the No. 1 Massachusetts Avenue bus towards Dudley anywhere along Massachusetts Avenue directly to Symphony Hall.
