Our Frozen Aloo Tikki is a classic and comforting snack made with a blend of spiced mashed potatoes and aromatic herbs. Each tikki is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, offering a delightful balance of flavors with every bite. Perfect for a quick snack, appetizer, or as a filling for sandwiches or burgers, these tikkis are easy to cook—simply shallow fry, air fry, or bake to achieve the perfect golden crust. Enjoy the authentic taste of a popular Indian street food favorite, now conveniently available at home, ready in just minutes!
The process for making Tikki and Kebab starts with the receipt and inspection of raw materials (RM) and vegetables. After approval, RM is prepared as per the recipe, and vegetables are cut to specification. The stuffing is then prepared and formed into Tikki or Kebab shapes as per the required size. These are then partially fried to 65% doneness, and the core temperature is checked to ensure it exceeds 70°C. Once cooked, the products are blast frozen at -32°C to -40°C for 4 hours until the core temperature reaches ≤ -18°C. This is followed by primary packing and a metal detector check to ensure safety. Secondary packing is completed, and the products are stored in cold storage at -18°C. Finally, they are dispatched at -18°C, maintaining the cold chain for product integrity.
