The Chuney RM VEG production process begins with the receipt and inspection of raw materials (RM). Once approved, the RM is prepared according to the recipe, followed by vegetable cutting as per specifications. The ingredients are then mixed and cooked, with a core temperature check to ensure it exceeds 70°C. After cooking, the product undergoes blast freezing at temperatures between -32°C and -40°C for 4 hours, until the core temperature reaches ≤ -18°C. Primary packing is done, followed by metal detection. The product is then secondary packed and stored at -18°C in cold storage until dispatch at the same temperature.
Remove frozen Chutney from pouch and place in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high setting: 1 pouch: 15 seconds / 2 pouches: 20 seconds.
