Our Frozen Gujarati Samosa offers an authentic traditional taste with a spicy twist. Stuffed with a flavorful and aromatic filling of mashed potatoes, peas, and a blend of traditional spices, it brings the perfect balance of heat and tanginess. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, it gives a satisfying bite, while the spiced filling adds depth and authenticity to every bite. Simply heat and serve in 15-20 minutes for a delicious, ready-to-eat snack that captures the essence of Gujarati street food in the comfort of your home.
The process begins with raw material receipt, QA check, and inspection. Ingredients are prepared per recipe, and vegetables are cut as per specifications. Dough is prepared, sheeted, and cut to size. Stuffing is cooked and filled, then samosas are rolled and partially fried (60%) in a continuous fryer, ensuring core temperature ≥72°C. Products are blast frozen at -32°C to -40°C for 4 hours until core temp ≤-18°C (CCP-I). Frozen samosas undergo primary packing, metal detection (CCP 2) , and secondary packing. Finally, they are stored at -18°C or below in cold storage and dispatched under the same temperature-controlled conditions.
