Frozen mango pulp processing involves washing ripe mangoes, peeling the skin, and removing the seeds to extract the pulp. The pulp is pureed to a smooth consistency and checked for quality. After packaging in airtight containers, the pulp undergoes blast freezing at -18°C to preserve its flavor, texture, and nutritional value.
During packing, the Mango pulp is inspected before weighing and filling into poly-lined packaging’s. These packages are Best Before and Production date coded, check weighed, metal detected, palletized and stretch-wrapped before being dispatched to the clients, at -18°C.
Cut the required quantity of slab of pulp from the bag. Keep it for about 60 minutes at room temperature. Serve Chilled
