Have you enabled your cookies/pop ups?
You must enable pop-ups on your device or browser settings. If you require assistance, please see the instructions provided below by selecting the relevant device.
Instructions depend on the default browser. The most common are Samsung Internet and Google Chrome.
Open the Samsung Internet app.
Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines/vertical dots depending on the version you have), usually found on the bottom-right or top-right corner.
Tap Settings.
Navigate to Privacy Dashboard or Sites and Downloads.
Find the Block Pop-ups option.
Toggle the switch OFF to allow pop-ups.
Google Chrome:
Open the Chrome app.
Tap the More button (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Site Settings
Tap Pop-ups and redirects.
Toggle the switch OFF to allow pop-ups globally.
To allow pop-ups for specific blocked site, go to the site and if a pop-up was blocked, a message will often appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap Always Show there.
Instructions cover the default Safari browser.
Safari:
Open the Settings app on the iPhone.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Under the General section, find Block Pop-ups.
Toggle the switch OFF to allow pop-ups.
Instructions depend on the web browser being used.
Google Chrome:
Open Chrome
Click the More button (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.
Click Settings.
In the left menu, click Privacy and Security, then click Site Settings in the main window.
Scroll down to the Content section and click Pop-ups and redirects.
Select the option Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects to allow them globally.
Microsoft Edge:
Open Edge.
Click the More button (three horizontal dots) in the top-right corner.
Click Settings.
Click Cookies and site permissions in the left menu.
Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
Toggle the switch OFF next to Block (recommended) to allow all pop-ups globally.
Forgotten your password or need it to be reset?
To reset your Connect password, try clicking forgotten password and you should receive a reset email.
