WhatchamaDrawit

This is a picture of my creature for my whatchamadrawit project we were supposed to create a piece using the prompt and my prompt was to draw a pineapple body with a chicken head and duck feet. I was trying to make it as creative as possible and I think that it's just fun to experiment with coming body parts and to see what you can come up with. When I first started out I had no idea that this is how it would come out but I love it.

I used a 2H and 6B graphite pencil and colored pencil, watercolor paper, Sharpe fine super tip marker.

As I was drawing Idefenitly struggled with, how to draw, parts of it like I looked up a picture of pineapple and chicken to see the shape of the spikes and beak of the pineapple body and chicken head. I asked some of the people around me to see if they liked what I was doing or if I should add or take away something, and that was good to get some feedback so it could look the best to the requirements of the prompt. When I was doing the spikes on the pineapple I had to erase them three times before I got it how I wanted, but now I am happy with what I have accomplished and I hope to get better and grow in art.
