surrealism collage

for this project we had to create a collage from whatever we want to use as a medium. we had to create at least one spot with three layers on each other and there needs to be at least three activated sides. after we did the collage we had to make a painting based off of our collage to either change it to how you want it to look but still being able to see your collages inspiration or do it to how it already looks

i used canvas and acrylic paint and a 2h graphite pencil

i believe that i did pretty well on this painting even though painting is what i like doing the least because there are many different standards that you have to meat to make it look good and it just takes a lot more time. some of the struggles that i went through was whether i should do the really detailed parts or change then just enough that they still look ok and valid. i was still able to finish and i am happy with my end result.
