in this assignment, we had to do a zentangle a negative space drawing of two hands, and a negative space leaf drawing. This was really fun and I think that it turned out really well. it was sort of hard at first when trying to get an idea of what I was going to turn my leaves into but I think it turned into exactly what it should have. also. when I was drawing my hands I used the same hand but with two forms and they came out good too.
I used graphite pencil on printing paper, very fine point sharpie marker and colored pencils
when I started I tried to do something simple like a field and then it expanded from there with my zentangle it was difficult to go from dark to light but I tried and It looks good but I think that it could look better. I did go through some problems with the coloring but I got it done in the end.
