Self Mapping 

For this project we had too create a line for a path that we take on a regular basis, after that we had to come up with an idea of what we were going to draw as like the beautiful oops. I drew my neighborhood and I thought that it ended up looking like a light post, the one on the right side was bent so I was like ya it's going to  be broken but still show a little bug of light because we had to create a self connection, however the light on the left side is all up and running and is very bright because that is where my house is, so that represents me and the reflection is how I reflect on others so like how my personality affects them. 

I used 8" x 12" black canvas paper which I cut to 4" x 6",  a graphite pencil, and acrylic paint 

If I could go back and change something I think that I could have smoothed or blended out all of the lighting and reflections of the light on the post, ground, and in the air from the lamp, I made some mistakes when i was painting so I used black paint to go over them but you can see where the black paint is so I think that before I started painting I should have done a black paint background and color the whole thing so it wouldn't have shown up, but I still like how it came out and glad I made it the way I did.
