Personal Statement: I am in my seventh year of teaching as a special educator. My focus as an educator for the past couple of years is to strengthen Collaborative Team Teaching (CTT) relationships with my co- teachers and within my department.

Next year, I hope to continue to strengthen CTT relationships as a Peer Collaborative Coach.
