Hello HOA Members and/or Renters:
It is up to the homeowner to keep their mailing address and email address updated by contacting Judy Hamner at Judy4elitemanagement@gmail.com so that important information is sent and received in a timely manner. Also, HOA members that rent their homes, please make sure your renters are informed of neighborhood news too as some news and reminders may apply to them.
Complaint Form Reminder:
It is always recommended for neighbors to try to solve any problems and/or complaints with their neighbors with a conversation in hopes issues can be resolved in a neighborly way. When this is not possible (for whatever reason) and it involves a violation of the HOA CC&Rs, then Complaint Form needs to be completed and submitted to HOA manager Judy Hamner to log it in for record. Judy will then forward the complaint to the Board of Directors for review and investigation. The Complaint Form with instructions, can be found on the HOA website.
Fall Leaves Update – WRS:
On Thursday October 31st , WRS our HOA Landscaping Contractor will be doing their normal work and cleaning up the leaves in the boulevards and streets. When fall arrives with the wind and the rain, so do the leaves and branches.
Halloween and Trick or Treaters October 31st:
For neighbors that are planning to participate in making the night fun for all the fun loving kids, teenagers, and adults that like to dress up and go trick or treating, please make sure your front porch/driveway lights are on for safety, and as a sign of trick-or-treaters are welcomed. Over the years, many more families have moved into the HOA making it a fun family night of dress up and trick or treating.
Neighborhood Drive-Thru Follow Up:
If you received an email or letter from Judy Hamner as a result of the drive-thru of the neighborhood earlier this month, please note any requests for upkeep in landscaping should be completed by now. The weather has been cold but sunny and beautiful and is a chance to get out and work in yards. The continued forecast is for sunshine all week. As a reminder for all HOA members, is if you have landscape fabric showing through landscaped areas where there is bark/mulch it is recommended to add more bark/mulch to cover noticeable fabric showing through.
As always, the entire neighborhood is reflected in home purchases when owners sell their homes. Please know everyone’s home values are an investment in our community and first impressions from the street are most important. For those homeowners that do not live in their home year round, please keep this in mind for the interest of your neighbors too.
Quarterly Board of Directors Next Meeting Monday November 4th 6:30-8:00pm:
The next Board meeting will take place at 8693 Ashbury Court. This meeting is open to HOA members to observe and have an opportunity to ask questions. It is also a good time for neighbors to meet each other and think about volunteering for the next Board of Directors coming up in January 2020.
