HOA Homeowners and Renters:
Thanks to the many readers of the newsletter updates for your questions and comments that have been coming my way. It makes me happy that my time is worthy of writing this and that many of you are reading it. Also, I have been learning that many had not been subscribing to the news feed or even knew that information was posted to our HOA website. Now that many neighbors are out walking and talking to others they are learning that there is information on the website they can refer too about past discussions important to be read. So with this in mind, there are more updates as a result to share information on. This means Aaron Rockwell is busier to posting them to the HOA website and sending the announcements out as well.
Home Sale Updates:
As of today, home sales are all pending in the neighborhood, except one lot. This is good news and a few more homes may be going up for sale in the near future, so please everyone continue to keep the neighborhood looking beautiful always.
Recent Spring Quarterly Drive –Thru Notices:
Thanks to Judy Hamner for communicating items noted on the spring drive thru regarding over 15 homeowners that needed to take care of items. Several of these have been addressed and the homeowner’s have taken positive actions to remedy them. Others are still working on them and most have had a positive response in taking care of them and appreciate the notifications. Thank you all that have cooperated. Many have been in response to landscaping, weeding, trimming of trees/limbs, garbage cans left out, parking issues, and such. Many have been happy as well with recommended landscapers and other businesses to take care of needs too. The next drive through for Summer will be the last week of June.
Update on May Day Activity:
Thanks to the kids and families for showing up to plant flowers on May Day. It was a fun event for those families. Both gates will be maintained with flower upkeep too. WRS is maintaining the geraniums at the main gate and they are watered by the sprinkler system. The other east gate by the golf course does not have a sprinkler system. A thank you to Paty Williams who lives at Sienna Court who will be watering the planters and fertilizing the flowers as well.
Awesome Math Tutor Available in our Neighborhood:
If anyone needs a high school math tutor for the following math courses (High school Math Course Fundamentals & Review, AP Calculus AB and BC through Blaine High School) for virtual tutoring please contact: Georgia Rea at 801-707-7737. She lives in the neighborhood and math tutors are so important in life to have when struggling with this subject. Also, I know personally in college at the UW how important it was to have a good math tutor as I married my husband who was my math tutor.

Loomis Trail Golf Course Updates from Justin:
Several questions came up regarding the golf course and it is nice to see the golfers on the course again. First off, when contacting the Golf Course Bar & Grill call, 360-332-1725, Ext. #4 to order food for take-out food orders. Anyone can place orders for food. The hours for service at this time for the next few weeks will be 10am – 6:00pm and they will be closed Monday and Tuesday temporarily. This will possibly change depending how busy it is in the next few weeks, so Justin mentioned things are pretty fluid right now depending on weather and how busy it is on the golf course.
Good news will be forthcoming to share as it is known as they do plan to do Junior Golf Camps for kids most likely in August. Pricing and the dates have not been set yet and he will let me know once they have been set and I will post in updates to the newsletter.
Looking for a Featured Family to Introduce in the Next Newsletter Update:
There are many new families that have moved into the neighborhood in the last year and with future newsletter updates. I plan to introduce one family each time. Is there a family that would like to “kick start” this feature and I would love to gather some information to share? Please contact me for more information.
Have a great weekend everyone with the sunshine expected to continue. Remember, it is Mother’s Day too!
