1. It is time for the quarterly drive through coming up on approximately Tuesday May 9th
and for reminders for neighbors. Monday is May Day, no better day to spruce up your
yards, plant flowers, trim and cut shrubs and trees, mow, trim and weed yards, and
such if you have not already done so. Finally, the weather is getting better and the sun
is starting to shine drying out yards. One way to keep the neighborhood looking good is
to be respectful of your neighbors in keeping landscaping looking great at all times.
Many homes are selling and this is important to current and new homeowners looking to
buy in our development. Please make sure no trees or shrubs hang over into your
neighbors yards, sidewalks, open space, and to trim bushes and shrubs on a regular
basis and as professionally as possible so they look tidy and well kept. Also, please be
cautious of clearing in the sidewalk areas too. After mowing yards, sweep up grass on
the sidewalk area too from lawn mowing or trimming too. Overall, keeping yards tidy
and kept up with a beautiful overall appearance makes everyone in the neighborhood
happy.
2. Corion Landscaping will be starting this week mowing on Wednesdays. The
geraniums will be planted in the next week or two depending upon the weather in front of
both gates to beautify the entrances.
3. As a reminder, keep garbage cans out of sight from front viewing and remove after
garbage pick- up day on Mondays.
4. Dogs must be on leashes in the neighborhood. This is an ongoing reminder. Please
share with all family members, relatives, and friends/guests in the neighborhood. For
new neighbors or new renters this is sometimes not known. Also, all dog poop must be
picked up by those walking dogs. This is an ongoing problem with continually seeing
dog poop in the neighborhood.
5. Basketball hoops cannot be left out and blocking the street or the sidewalk.
6. Please remind guests about parking when having a larger gathering. DO NOT PARK
on the boulevard grass areas for any reasons.
7. If you have a complaint of any kind, the best advice is to talk to your neighbor first. If
it can't be resolved then remember the complaint process and form that needs to be
completed.
8. HOA board members are volunteers and do the best job they can and in the best
timely manner they can too in serving the neighborhood.
