Dear Members - The Greens at Loomis Trail:
This note is to inform everyone that Best Real Estate Management is realigning their operations in order to better serve their Home Owner and Condominium Association customers. To this end, Judy Hamner has branched out and created Elite Association Management and will become our new Association property manager/representative.
Because this is a collaborative process with all the same support and accounting staff, all records, prepaid balances, and previous payments will seamlessly transfer. Elite Association will be mailing out new payment coupon books to all members to reflect the new management company name and mailing address.
