The Rules and Regulations document has been revised with the following:
Rule #29 specifying any violation would be allowed and without fines if a Board did not communicate an appeal hearing decision within 30 days was deleted.
A new rule #29 was added specifying regular postal service shall be used in addition to existing certified return receipt requested, when sending Notices of Violation.
