TO DOG OWNERS: Almost all dog owners in the neighborhood are being responsible in picking up their dog poop and this is much appreciated by HOA members. However, in the past six months there has been a severe increase in dog poop from a large dog. In fact, there are currently over 20 piles currently. The dog poop piles are on the grass boulevards and on the sidewalk too.
Signs were posted today on the gates, mailboxes and in some of the affected grass areas. Would the dog owner and/or possibly family member, guest, or dog walker please pick up all dog poop piles and stop this act. This is a direct violation of being a pet owner and a lack of responsibility. The dog poop piles are disgusting, unhealthy to playing children, and unhealthy to other pets in the neighborhood. The board has been receiving several complaints from neighbors and this needs to stop.
Thank you to all dog owners for following the CC & R's regarding this issue and others.
