6. Summary Update of Homeowner’s Workshop that Doug attended
7. J & J Landscaping – Updates, New Contract, and Bark Landscaping Request
8. Gail Pappacostas – Appreciation and Thanks for her Updates on Welcome Packets and Greeting New Neighbors (In 2014 there were 14 visits and through March 15th there were 2 visits)
9. Storm Water Maintenance Discussion
10. Reserve Study - Updates
11. Neighborhood Safety Reminders - Construction Safety & 15mph Speed Limit Reminders (Kids at Play)
12. Large Gatherings and Parking Reminders – Homeowners need to remind their guests about parking in the pull outs and not on both sides of the streets
13. July 4th Reminders – No Fireworks Allowed
14. Gate Problems – Gate Not Opening Problem Resolved & Request for Cleaning/Power Washing
15. Fence Requests & All Sheds/Plans Have to be Approved – Homeowners need to complete plans and submit
16. Homeowners-Reminders that all homeowners and renters need to familiarize themselves with CC & R’s and Requests need to be done in writing and immediate turnaround of approval and response can take time and typically it can be up to 30 days in most cases as the board members are volunteers and are not always readily available to make hasty decisions.
17. Discussion of Parking in Pullouts in the Neighborhood by guests, neighbors, and length of time if a vehicle
moves their car daily and/or weekly and what impact this is on parking overall and rules
18. Concrete Pad Removal/Change of Paint Colors Update and Discussion
19. New Construction & Home Plan Updates, Landscaping Plans, and More
20. Best Management Updates/ Neighborhood Walk Through and Landscaping/Shrubs/Trees & Overall Upkeep of all Neighborhood Lots
