Violations Committee:
Assign someone to oversee that Management Company, sends out the monthly reports as outlined in agreement dated 10/09.
Assign someone to do a monthly assessment of the neighborhood to check for violations.
See to it that all violations are addressed, negotiated and resolved in a timely manner.
Maintenance Committee:
Oversee vacant lot mowing. Assign someone to do a regular check to see if lots are being mowed when needed, stakes are in place or in need of replacing.
Oversee the tract, pond and bioswale mowing and maintenance.
Oversee the cleaning of inlets and outlets of all drainage ponds and bioswales.
Oversee the operation of the gates.
Landscape Committee:
Oversee all common area landscaping, including weed control, pruning, mowing, pest control, watering and cleanup.
Review all new construction landscape plans, including all hardscape, and present decision to Board of directors for final approval.
Review all landscape changes and present decision to Board of directors for final approval.
Architectural Committee:
Review all plans for construction of homes, remodels, color changes, sheds, fences and any other construction plans for homeowners (with or without the aid of a professional architect) and present decision to Board of Directors for final approval.
Oversee construction as to job cleanliness, damage to common areas, adherence to approved plans and CC&Rs.
CC&R Review Committee:
Oversee and review changes to HOA documents. Meet with lawyer to finalize.
Provide all members with copies for voting.
Welcome Committee:
Greet new neighbors with a "welcome info packet" and plant.
Collect positive feedback on what the neighborhood would like as resources, social events and special interest groups.
