Here is the information to list as a result of the election of officers after the 2015 Board of Directors were elected at the January 24, 2015 meeting and some important updates and reminders to share.
HOA 2015 BOD Volunteer OFFICERS:
On January 24, 2015 at the annual meeting the HOA voted on the board members to lead the HOA into the 2015 year with keeping the best interests of all homeowners in mind. The board held a meeting on February 4, 2015 to elect officers as follows:

Treasurer: Cory Zinngrabe (coryzinngrabe@comcast.net)
Secretary: Kathy Barnes (barnesfern@comcast.net)

The following HOA Board of Directors have planned the following meetings for 2015.
March 5, 2015 (Thursday) 6:30-8:00pm - Blaine Library Meeting Room - Note: HOA members or new neighbors this is the next meeting and all are welcome to attend. Please if anyone has any agenda items to please send them by February 28th. This announcement serves as the notification of the meeting.
May 13, 2015 (Wednesday) 6:30-8:00pm - Blaine Library Meeting Room
July 25, 2015 (Saturday) 10-11:30pm - Blaine Library Meeting Room
October 7, 2015 (Wednesday) 6:30-8:00pm (Note: Location Pending)
Also, these are planned meetings, but due to future BOD needs and the quorum requirements they are subject to change if necessary. For any additional meetings, they will be posted if time permits.
CONTINUED REMINDERS TO ALL HOMEOWNERS:
1) All homeowners MUST have fence plans approved before building. Please note that this can cause problems if a fence has not been approved and a homeowner builds a fence without approval. Refer to CC & R's for information or contact a board member.
2) J & J will be mowing the HOA neighborhood this week to spruce everything up including the boulevards. With this nice weather coming sooner than many expected it also means all homeowners will need to tend to their own landscaping needs too. For those that might need to hire anyone, please talk to your neighbors for referrals and know that Jon also has ten customers in our own neighborhood too besides our HOA. He can be contacted at (360) 734-1724. If anyone else would like to recommend someone too, please feel free to send information to be shared at the next board meeting and we will get it included on the website as well.
3) Please dog owners, you never know when a pet will run out when neighbors, family, and friends are walking; so please respect this know children are not adults and don't have the same safety concerns or know of the rules of the HOA, so please have a conversation with all family members and dog sitters too. Also, all dog owners need to pick up their dog's poop. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS.
Also, the agenda will be forthcoming on March 2nd or 3rd once agenda items close on Feb. 28th.
