Friendly Neighborhood Blue Heron

As you know walking through the neighborhood the pond by our house is full of ducks and the herons.  I  love seeing this daily getting the mail, walking, and out my windows of my house. More exciting is the neighbors and kids that stop to enjoy the scenery taking photos.  Here is a photo that I took a few days ago. This one particular heron will stay in a spot for a very long time.
