1) The Fourth of July is coming soon and while there are not fireworks allowed in the neighborhood, remember the parade in downtown Blaine as a fun family activity.
2) There will be a garage sale for any interested neighbors to participate. The two days of interest are July 19th or July 26th. Any homeowner can participate and be included in the garage sale and the sharing of the minimal advertisement cost. The garage sale will be from 8:00-3:00pm on one of these days. If neighbors are interested please contact Janet Rudnick at: jhrudnick12@gmail.com or Kathy Barnes at barnesfern@comcast.net with your interest of participation and preferred date to hold the event. For those interested, please send your emails by July 4th so a date can be determined for the interested neighbors.
It was discussed at the last board meeting that the advertisement would include reminders about parking ONLY IN DRIVEWAYS AND PULL-OUTS AND NOT ANY GRASS OR BOULEVARD AREAS. The gate will remain open during the hours of the garage sale, similar to an Open House event.
Also, the gate has been open for several days and Brent has been notified that to have this fixed.
