Hello HOA Homeowners,
Fall is here and the weather is looking promising with plenty of sunshine this coming week. This is a good time to get out and do some fall weeding, plant spring bulbs, shrub trimming, and landscaping updates before the rain sets in again. There will be a fall drive through of the neighborhood next week with Judy from Elite Management Company and one of the board members. As a reminder, to any homeowner that is renting their property it is a good idea to share this information verbally and/or both in writing with your renters too.
A sincere thank you to the homeowners that Judy contacted from the last drive through that followed up on the notifications to follow through with requested landscaping needs; plus to continue maintaining their yards. It is up to each homeowner to be respectful of their next door neighbors and the entire neighborhood to keep our neighborhood looking it's best always. As many of you are aware, many recent homes have sold in the last 6 months getting good offers in a quick turnaround time as well. First impressions of fresh paint on homes, beautiful landscaping, etc. has helped with home sales and offers too. We all want this to continue and to have our homes be a good investment.
Just A Few Other Reminders:
1) For neighbors participating in giving treats on Halloween please try to keep your driveways well-lit for the trick or treaters.
2) Any homeowner that is changing their paint colors, must get board approval prior to painting their house so plan ahead accordingly.
3) There have been several complaints that dog poop is being seen on a regular basis and all homeowners, renters, family members, guests visiting MUST PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS. This is a common courtesy of any dog owner.
4) For RV, Trailer, and Boat Owners, please obey CC & R's regarding parking and keeping these vehicles in storage.
5) Please also inform contractors or landscaping vehicles that are hired by home owners to park in the driveways or the pull outs and Not in the Grass or Street so neighbors and emergency vehicles can get by.
5) Please drivers, Obey the 15 mph Speed Limit.
6) If having gatherings and events at your home with several guests, please instruct guests to park in the pullouts and driveways, Not in the Grass!
Thank you!
