Please keep garbage cans out of sight from the front roadway. Do not leave garbage cans open as it attracts rats, cats, and raccoons. Plus, be respectful to your neighbors and mindful of the CC&R’s.
Issues with neighbors are best resolved by trying to talk to your neighbor first. The board knows sometimes these discussions are not easy. In these cases, a board member or volunteer may visit with the neighbor to let them know of the CC&R rules. For a formal complaint, the owner must complete the Complaint Form found on our website with the instructions for completing it. Please keep in mind that resolving such complaints takes time to investigate and communicate with the homeowner in accordance with the violation procedures outlined within our CC&Rs.
For homeowners and renters who own a trailered boat, recreational vehicle, or motorhome, remember per the CC&Rs, they can only be parked in your driveway without blocking traffic for 24 hours for loading or unloading purposes. There are many rental storage places in the community for offsite RV storage.
Corion Landscaping came out a few days after the recent wind storms October 14-16, 2016 and took care of downed and uprooted trees; plus, trimmed all the trees along the boulevard and roundabouts so they don’t hang into the sidewalks or roads. Thanks to the homeowners for your patience during the cleanup. It is also a homeowner’s responsibility to trim their own trees or shrubs that grow or hang into the sidewalks. We have many walkers/joggers that hope homeowners will be cognitive of this on a regular basis.
The next quarterly drive through inspection by Brent Hamner and one or more of the landscaping committee members to make sure yards are being kept up front the roadside will happen right after Halloween. Keep in mind there are several homes for sale and for continued Loomis Trail home sales it is everyone’s duty to keep their yards looking as beautiful as possible with their landscaping upkeep and weeds pulled on a regular basis.
A huge thank you to all homeowners for taking care of their dogs while walking them and keeping them on leashes and picking up their poop. The board has not received any complaints now for several months.
Halloween is Monday, October 31, 2016, and with many more children and visiting grandchildren in the neighborhood, please welcome goblins coming to Trick or Treat and make sure your front doorways are well lit.
As a reminder, the next quarterly HOA Board Meeting will be at the Blaine Library on November 9, 2016 from 6:30 – 8:00pm. This is a good time to meet your fellow homeowners and learn of what is going on in the neighborhood.
The holidays are approaching, please remind your guests to park in the pullouts and not on the grass in the boulevards. Also, the neighborhood looks beautiful with all the Holiday Décor and Lights so keep it up everyone!
Please be respectful of other property owners. At the end of Ashbury Court (near the roundabout) an owner has installed a Board approved green gate to his gravel driveway. Please respect the owners privacy and refrain from walking dogs or dumping any grass clippings on his property. Please inform your family members about this.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this information.
