1) Attached are the BOD approved meeting minutes from September 18, 2014 and from June 18, 2014 (with letter attachment).
2) Reminder of the important annual 2015 Annual General Meeting. A notice was sent out dated December 22, 2014 by Brent and Judy Hamner Association Managers of Best Real Estate Management. The announcement shared that the Loomis Trail Homeowners Association will meet at 11:00am on Saturday January 24, 2015 at the Blaine Birch Bay Activity Center at 7511 Gemini Street, Blaine, WA. 98230. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NEW LOCATION DUE FROM PRIOR YEARS.
3) The board is still looking for another board member and committee members, so please let a board member or association manager know of your interest. Remember, these positions are volunteer positions and on behalf of the board we want to thank Janet Rudnick for serving this past year. We very much appreciate her interest and contribution this past year and with family obligations/time commitments she will not be serving on the board for the 2015 year. Thank you Janet from all of us as we all know too well how much time we have invested this past year. We really would like a few more interested neighbors to consider volunteering to be on the board as it takes 1-2 years just to learn the ropes.
4) Neighbors, Parents, and Grandparents, please remind children (and friends/relatives that are visiting) to NOT play at the construction sites or near the ponds with water and/or ice for safety reasons. Many times parents are not aware that some children will go exploring in the neighborhood and need these reminders.
5) Home owners that have complaints about anything, need to file an official complaint form specifying the complaint and referencing the CC & R's regarding the complaint. This way the complaint can be acted on with the specific complaint and expected outcome of results.
