C&P Elements:
*Mask layer... Open a new layer
Selections-Select All
*Paper 15...Colorize the paper Hue: 189 Saturation: 53
C&P into selection and Apply your Mask of choice
*FrameEl05...C&P as a new layer....Image-Free Rotate 90 degrees
MW inside the frame and Expand by 3 2xs
*Paper 08...Add a new Raster layer...C&P into selection
Move layer under the frame
*Tube... C&P as a new layer...Align with the frame
Move under the frame...Selections-Invert-Delete
Blend Mode: Overlay Opacity: 55%
*DividerEl02...C&P as a new layer...Align along the bottom
of the frame RS 85% 2xs
*RosePetalsEl...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 4xs
Place to either side of the frame bottom...Duplicate-Mirror-Merge
And slide the layer to just above the Mask
*CogEl...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 3xs...Place behind the
frame to the bottom left corner...Duplicate-Mirror
Horizontal/Mirror Vertical
*FlowerEl09...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 5xs
Place on either side of the Divider at the bottom of the frame
Duplicate/Mirror
*FlowerEl01...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 5xs
Place behind the white flower on either side...
Duplicate-Mirror
*FoilageEl01...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 8xs
Duplicate and Place among the flowers the way you like them
*DoodleEl01...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 5xs
Place to the left of the frame behind the flowers

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark
Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
