*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3
Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group
*Tube...C&P as a new layer...Place in the middle
Erase any part of the mask that shows below the tube
*Element 73...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45
Duplicate about 4xs...Arrange under the water part of the tube
to create the look of the beach...Apply a small blur
*Element 84...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%
Duplicate/Mirror...Place behind the tube & sand
*Element 89...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%
Duplicate/Mirror...Place behind the tube & sand
*Element 28...C&P as a new layer...RS by 25%
Duplicate a couple times and Arrange among the greenery
