C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Background layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

Apply mask of choice...Merge Group

*Lt Purple Circles layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

*White Dotted Circles layer...Leave As Is

*Purple Circles layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 11

*White Dotted Circles layer...Leave As Is

*Pink Circles layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 8

*White Dotted Circles layer...Select All/Float/De-Float...

Flood Fill with a color to match your kit...I am using #7ce1ed

Add some Noise

*Lt Pink Circles layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 2

*Element 38...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the White Circle Layer

*Element 58...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the Lt Pink Circles

RS by 85%...Move slightly to the bottom of the canvas...

Duplicate/Mirror/Flip and Merge Down layers

*Element 16...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the Lt Purple Circle

Duplicate/Mirror/Flip...Merge Down layers

*Element 24...C&P as a new layer...Place to the right of the tube...

RS by 55%

*Element 25...C&P as a new layer...Place in front to the darker flower...

RS by 55%

*Element 22...C&P as a new layer...Place between the two flowers

*Element 2...C&P as a new layer...Place right behind your tube at the top of

the Lt Purple Circles...Give the bow a slight angle to the right...RS by 75%

and again by 85%...Duplicate/Mirror/Flip...Merge Down Layers

*Element 31...C&P as a new layer...Slide toward the bottom of the canvas...

Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down layers

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
