Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Template:

**Open template and Duplicate

Close original and delete Credit layer

**Close out all layers except the background layer

(I tend to work from the bottom to the top)

*Raster 1 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 8

Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group

*Raster 8 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Raster 7 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 5

*Merged layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

*Raster 3 layer...Select All/Float/De-Float and Flood fill 

with a shade of green of choice...I am using #55c126 

Apply some noise

*Merged layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 4

*Raster 5 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 5

*Raster 4 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 3

*Raster 2 layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 10

*Merged Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

*Copy of Raster 7 layer...Delete This Layer

*Copy (2) of Raster 7 layer...Delete This Layer

C&P Elements: 

*Element 23...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the first

Merged layer...Rs by 90%...Duplicate/Flip/Mirror...Merge Down

*Element 28...C&P as a new layer...Place behind the last Merged layer

RS by 55% and again 75%...Duplicate 2xs...arrange behind all the circles

Merge Down

*Element 12...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35% and place on 

top of the circles...Duplicate/Mirror...Merge Down

*Element 49...C&P as a new layer...place in the front of the tag

towards the bottom...Duplicate/Mirror/Flip and slide back 

towards the bottom of the canvas

*Element 47...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

and Arrange in the middle of the tag

*Element 20...C&P as a new layer...Place behind 

the front circles...Place slightly above them

*Element 4...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% and again 

by 65%...Place to the base of the fountain...Duplicate and Mirror

*Element 40...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs...Place beside

the other flower bunch...Duplicate/Mirror...Merge these 

together and Duplicate and Flip...Slide the flowers 

to the top of the round frames

*Element 1...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...

Place behind the grass element to the right of the canvas

Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 3...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs...

Arrange to your liking

*Element 37...C&P as a new layer...Rs by 35% and again 65%

Duplicate and Place around the canvas to your liking

Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
