Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size: 

700x700

C&P Elements: 

*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 5

Apply Mask of Choice...Merge Group

*Element 46...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% and again by 75%

Using your De-Form Tool...give the element a very 

slight tilt to level it out

*Tube...C&P as a new layer...Duplicate and slide one copy

under the frame...Select the frame layer...MW inside the frame

Expand by 4...Invert/Delete the bottom copy...On the top copy erase any portion 

that you don't want to show sticking out of the frame

*Element 39...C&P as a new layer...RS by 75% and again by 85%

Place to the top of the frame towards the right 

*Element 14...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% and again by 75% 2xs

Arrange the flowers to the left side

*Element 15...C&P as a new layer...Mirror...RS by 55% 

and again by 75% 2xs...Arrange the flowers to the left side

*Element 13...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55% and again by 75% 2xs

Arrange the flowers to the left side

*Element 49...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35% and place the 

green and white flowers

*Element 53...C&P as a new layer...RS by 35%

Place behind the green and white flowers...Using the De-Form

tool give the element a slight downward tilt

*Element 61...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

Place above the Mask layer...Erase any portion that sticks out 

pass the frame

*Element 62...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...

Duplicate 2xs and arrange behind the frame

*Element 12...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs

Mirror and place in front of the flowers

*Element 59...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs

Place behind the flowers and Place to the right of the frame

Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
