Some Abbreviations I use:

C&P~Copy and Paste

RS~Re-size

DS~Drop Shadow

MW~Magic Wand

Canvas Size: 

700x700

C&P Elements: 

*Mask Layer...MW and C&P into selection paper 9

Apply Mask of Choice and Merge Group

*Element 77...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%

Using your Deform Tool...Squish the element until it 

looks like a little path...Duplicate/Mirror and move the copy slightly

higher to make it look like a longer path

*Element 76...C&P as a new layer toward the top of the path

Duplicate 8xs and Mirror each layer arrange a little lower than the layer

before it...Once arranged Merge all the grass layer together

and then slide under the path

*Element 65...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%

Arrange to your liking...adjust the path to go between the arch

*Element 99...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85%

layer this over the wooden arch

*Element 59...C&P as a new layer...RS by 85% 3xs

Place to the top of the path behind the wooden arch

*Element 83...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%

And place behind the fountain...Duplicate/Mirror

and place in front of the fountain

*Element 84...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%...

Place behind the left side of the wooden arch...Duplicate/Mirror

Merge Down...Duplicate Merged and RS again by 85% and place 

in front of the floral arch

*Tube...C&P your tube as a new layer...RS by 20%

Place in the middle and arrange to make it look like 

it is just reaching the path

*Element 110...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

and place to the corner of the mask

*Element 71...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

And place to either side of the arch...Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 70...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%

And place to either side of the arch...Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 58...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65%...Duplicate/Mirror

in front of the arch

*Element 44...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 2xs

Place to the right side of the arches...Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 45...C&P as a new layer...RS by 65% 3xs

Place to the left side of the arches...Duplicate/Mirror

*Element 43...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% and again by 75%

Duplicate and arrange around the fountain

*Element 72...C&P as a new layer...RS to your liking and

arrange among the wooden arch to your liking

*Element 67...C&P as a new layer...RS by 55%

Duplicate a few times and arrange to your liking

*Element 106...C&p as a new layer...RS by 45%

and place to the right side of the tag

*Element 61...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45%

Place to the left side of the tag

*Element 41...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% 2xs 

and place in front of the pots

*Element 96...C&P as a new layer...RS by 45% 2xs 

and place on top of the bench

Add your preferred Tube where you think it looks best

Add your name, Copyright info and Watermark

Re-Size your tag if you want to and you are done
